We did not expect to breeze in and drop our bags. It was 25 minutes we waited in the queue without moving forward a single step, with many more than a hundred people in front of us. And only one check-in desk open. We spent another 10 minutes re- packing for carry-on, and still no progress. The people in front of us did the same thing.
i do not have any idea how others managed to get through the line and make the flight.
