100% recommend against FS in Georgetown. If it were half the price - I'd consider it. But how decrepit and cheap the hard product is, it does not command its price tag. If you want to be in Georgetown, stay at the Rosewood, otherwise, WA DC definitely a top contender for something newer. If you want something older, Jefferson, Hay-Adam are good choices.
