Well, my early October trip is sneaking up on me. Wanted to share my plans to get any feedback from you experienced lot. My aim is a chill and relaxing trip without any planned excursions and activities.

3 night stay, with flight arriving around 12:30pm. Not sure if our room will be ready right away, so plan on eating at Beach Club/Crudo. Want to keep it simple for day 1, just use pool, explore around property, walk on beach, etc. Want to eat on site for dinner, but I'm shying away from EF after all the "meh" reviews. Want to try the Trevesia multi-course experience, anyone tried that lately?

Day 2: more chilling on property, spa booking. I saw others said you can use spa's other amenities after your scheduled session, but can anyone get a little deeper into what all you can do? Or how much time you could take up. Planning on walking out for dinner, saw decent reviews for Romeo y Julieta and Chubby Noodle.

Day 3: potentially go back into town during day time, definitely want to try out Taco Guss. Spend evening back at hotel, either at DM or just ordering room service.

Is tap water safe to drink at the hotel, or am I going to get nickled and dimed for each water bottle? May have to stock up at the convenience store mentioned a few times in this thread; as well as getting some pesos there.
