Psyched Globalist here. Just booked 6 nights on points (25k/nt) and was able to apply a suite upgrade to an Oceanview Suite. Following the thread, I know a plunge pool suite is an upcharge from here and most were only offered upon check in (if avail). I'd like to take a shot at an advanced upgrade (like someone said, can't hurt). Anyone have a good email at the hotel that I can use? Please PM or add here if you do and many thanks!!!
