One note: for the walk back to T7, for sure it's faster and nicer outside. Granted, you'd have to exit and then go back through security at T7, but I'd choose that any day over that crazy walk through 4-5-6.
I highly advise against this - you could walk to another terminal and find an hour+ wait to re-clear security for some unanticipated reason, and who in the world would ever want to voluntarily interact with the TSA a second time?
