Upgrades as a 100K have been great this year but otherwise I have absolutely zero reason to maintain the status moving forward. I agree with you here and I'm glad to hear someone else's positive experience with upgrades.
I feel like there's a lot of flak in this forum with "I'm 100k and died at #5 on the list!!!" and I assume most of them are out of SEA.
I spent the first 6 months of the year flying out of SFO and the past 4 out of PDX and honestly, on average, I'm 9/10 for upgrades. It's great!
Long haul, short haul, connections, week days, weekends, it's all been pretty gravy for me. I can only hope that this will improve even more come Jan 2023 when others drop off.
