I will not be striving for 100K next year. The benefits have been underwhelming and nothing has been announced for improvements next year. I have not experienced any great improvements in upgrades and have many GGU's that were not usable this year. What good is a benefit that can't be used? Also the upgrade process is terrible for people travelling on a companion certificate - was passed over twice this year left at the top of the list while 5 others below were upgraded as seats were released one at a time. How about asking people if they prefer separate upgrades? What good is being at the top of the list if they skip over you? I think I'll just be happy at 75K with the extra RDM and the lounge passes which are much appreciated by my family members.
