Ok, so as a follow up to the above - I canceled the flights on the website, got an email configrmation that a voucher will be issued. It does say vouchers take up to 6 weeks. So far 1 week passed. How long do these usually take? Will I have to eventually get hold of AC customer service to actually receive it?
