I'll end up hitting 100k again this year, but other than the much greater upgrade rate, everything else has been lackluster. Some GAs call 100ks with FC, others have zero idea about it. I had an FA onboard that had no idea what a 100k was on her handheld. She asked if I was a million miler. Pretty much AS seems to have implemented it, likely at AAs request, and has otherwise done a half-... job. I'd love to see a greater discount on the lounge cost.
