I haven’t received a digital voucher, Only the paper boarding pass type vouchers in the past. At that time you could download them like a credit card, people suggested at the time using the money to load to your Starbucks account. Are there CFA‘s in airports?, is that the issue. Or are the digital vouchers handled differently and you could no longer add them as a credit card in any case?
