There is another version of the International Dollar Card, which is available in Switzerland and Spain:
Available only for Latin America, Caribbean (excluding Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands), Spain and Switzerland residents.
It does not appear that there is a Euro currency version of this card, but if they are able to issue it to residents of those two countries it seems probable that the UK-issued versions would also be permitted there.
