Digging up an old thread, how does one change tickets booked on the Asia POS website? I tried calling the HK number, but the agent could only see fares/inventories that matched the US website or EXP desk.
I even asked "do you use Sabre or Amadeus?" and the agent (HK phone number, but not sure where he was actually located) said he only has access to Sabre.
Therefore, even if I was trying to make a like for like change (same flights/inventories, just different date), the fare shot up by a lot.
Is there a phone line or AA desk somewhere in the world that has access to the same Amadeus based fares as the Asia/HK website?
