Out of SFO , 10 GS on a flight is not uncommon -- but the above case is likely family members...
And if the GS sponsor friends and families of friends with their PlusPoints, that can add up fast. A lot of GSs have far more points than they can actually use themselves. All those upgrade requests are looking for PN, not PZ (like most of us are)…
