The only integration done to date is that you may earn SM on DL marketed ITA operated flights. ITA does not recognize Medallion status among other limitations. Hopefully this will be improved soon though I am not counting on it given ITA lack of IT. DL is proposing to take a 5% stake in ITA so perhaps it will improve with time.

Frequent Flyer reciprocity, including earning and redemption of miles, is based on bilateral agreements between ITA Airways and each individual SkyTeam member which are being progressively rolled out over the coming months.
ITA does recognize Medallion status but the Skymiles number has to be added manually at the check-in counter. I reported my recent experience in another thread last week.
