9A: line of sight into and possible light pollution from the galley, possible increased galley noise relative to 9D/F
9D: line of sight into closet in front of 9A, and thus possible reduced light and noise pollution relative to 9A
9F: line of sight into lav in front of 9L, possible reduced galley noise relative to 9A/L, but I wouldn't want to be looking at the lav
9L: line of sight into and possible light pollution from the galley, possible increased galley noise relative to 9D/F, and also possible noise pollution from lav flushes directly in front

Would folks agree this is an accurate summary comparison?
I have sat in every seat in row 9, and here is list in preferential order:
  1. 9A, the best. Minimum galley light
  2. 9D, same as 9A except it is not a single seat.
  3. 9L, for some reasons, more traffic on this side of the galley. Lavatory noise and smell.
  4. 9F, by far the worst. The lavatory door is at the line of your eye sight. Lavatory light and smell come right at you each time the lavatory door is open. 9F on 772/773 are better.
