I have an itn JFK-ZRH-JFK which I'll fly in less than two weeks. I used GUC certs. to upgrade from PS to D1.
Will DL "automatically" reissue my ticket (and pull the GUCs?
I just called the DM line, the agent I spoke with noted I was in D1 and everything is OK(?)--yet no GUCs have been used and my ticket number (on the receipt) is still the same as when I booked my irn.
100% it needs to be reissued. Call back and demand that they reissue while on the phone. Their process is to "queue" it for reissue, but there are too many examples of late where they do not get to it before departure day and you can't checkin until it happens. Expect a long wait while the agent calls International Reissues to get it done.
