Well, it's "nice" to know that this isn't only an AC ramp problem. YYZ is absolutely brutal for this. I can't count the number of times we've been stuck on the tarmac... or we get to the gate, and there's no agent to meet the flight and escort us to customs, so we just sit and wait and wait and wait.

People complain about the penalty box at ORD, but I have never had so much trouble relatively speaking as at YYZ.
