You’ll need the lap infant’s name and birth date to confirm they are under 2 years. Points cost is 10% of normal fare.
Not sure about adding a lap infant to an existing reservation but I’d assume you’d need to rebook.
Note that you’ll need to call ANA after booking to make seat selection.
