So . . . here's how it went:

Left home 0430h - gotta love the 401 at that hour.
Parked 0450h
Checkin 0458h - parked at the wrong end and had to walk.
INS hall 0459h - nice to have cut the USAir lineup but INS is packed!
INS opens 0500h - line shuffling for 25 minutes
CATSA 0525h - nice security guy puts me in the crew line.
T3 B7 0530h
Board 0610h - sit in the sardine CRJ tin waiting for stragglers until 0645h
Wheels up 0655h (40 minutes post scheduled departure time)
PIT gate 0740h - only 7 minutes late - obviously the delay was "built in" to the schedule.

Coming home however, made excellent time out of PIT and landed 30 minutes early - then waited 45 minutes on the ramp waiting for a spot to park . . . grrrrrr.
