Question Logistic Issue on a turnaround trip on two tickets

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a KL LAX-AMS-WRO round-trip ticket.
My return flight is 11/26 14:10 WRO -> AMS (overnight stay) -> LAX

The problem I have now is I need to take another trip to Budapest, so I am planning to buy a separate WRO-AMS-BUD rt ticket (choosing , making my actual travel path look like:

11/25 BUD-> AMS (overnight) -> KL1721 11/26 13:40 WRO KL 1272 11/26 14:10 -> AMS (overnight stay) -> LAX (two colors mean two tickets)

My hope is to book 2 night stays in AMS (11/25 & 26), and just go without checked baggage to do this AMS-WRO vv on the 26th,

AFAIK, KL only flies one rt AMS-WRO so it should be a turnaround on the same aircraft.
I wonder if technically I can do that? That I flying in 11/26 13:40 to WRO and take the return flight on 14:10?

I called KL call center but the agent kept citing 30min connection is too tight and I am not sure if he understands my question. I wonder if I can get both boarding passes (AMS-WRO + WRO-AMS) at AMS? (I am just assuming intra-Schegen would be similar to US domestic where you can stay in the control area, not to mention if you are just waiting for the same aircraft to bring you back, but I am wrong?)

Also even if I am allow to do it, what is the implication for my checked bag? Do I have to check my bags for all sectors? I only want to check my bags on the BUD->AMS and AMS->LAX segments.
