Are you just trying to book an award ticket? You certainly can do so but the search defaults to Basic Economy so it shows as having no results available. If you change the cabin to Main or First you should see results from TIJ. Have come across this on multiple airlines.
Welp, now I feel like an idiot! Thanks, that's what I was trying to do!
Now that I see results....wow there's not a lot of award availability. I might be better off booking something in the US :/
