Just as Yang Chow fried rice is not from Yang Chow. There is no Singapore fried rice noodle in Singapore. There surf clam may not come from
Sakhalin. Currently, there is a Asian supermarket in New York that advertise Miyazaki Waygu beef at $60/lb. I am sure it is fake because the real one costs 10X
