Hotels.com refundable rooms for 2023 somewhere or another. Easy way to rack up a couple of thousand quid or more on your card in 10 minutes - as long as you can afford to fund it of course its a simple solution. Keep it in sterling so as you wont open yourself up to exchange rate changes.
