That's why hiring a secretary/admin to handle these matters rather than the Ambassador team would be an unintelligent course of action. I hope that clarifies why your suggestion is a disadvantageous solution to a first world problem.
I can see the point about the value of your time. I feel similarly in that regard, generally. But if you have multiple issues with Marriott that require emailing or phoning, maybe you should save money and time by not staying with them? I also think you have gotten lucky, cos I’ve often had to send far more than one email to the Ambassador service to resolve an issue - the agents vary wildly in competence and English skills, in my experience.
