Hasn't the airport been around a lot longer? In other words, if you spend any money on a home, isn't it pretty easy to figure out who the neighbors are and also to anticipate growth? (If you're moving there, chances are others will, too.)

I've never understood that, especially when airplanes are a lot quieter now.
