I called and my issue "has been escalated to a manager". No response after 3 days. My next call will be a demand of resolution or a complaint filed with CFPB. I had a positive outcome with Barclays issuing immediate manual credit after I had to call them for promised annual fee credit. I'm so sick of CC cos pulling this crap.
