Double check on a phone call. Maybe you can call the front desk to check about phone calls.

Last week I did my usual and made a phone call home as soon as I checked in. The next mornng, the charge wasn't on my folio on the TV, so, I made another call.

Turns out that for some reason it didn't show up on the TV folio but did exist, so I ended up paying $7 for 2 phone calls home (20 miles away).

I've never had my calls comped, but they did comp me the parking garage charge 2 or 3 times already.
