I am hoping someone can recommend a tempura restaurant, preferably in Kyoto. I thought this would be a good choice for a more expensive meal (also going to Den in Tokyo). There are so many it's hard to know which is the right choice. I don't have any strict criterion other than tempura in Kyoto, but ideally one of the expensive-but-not-top-tier options and something that is kind to foreigners (but I don't mean I expect English service). Stars, etc. don't matter if it's good. Thanks!
