I have had the expereience of even a 411 call being comped. Do they have water bottles in the room?

broadwayboy - Congratulations on discovering this BEFORE checking out. Make sure you leave the hotel with an asterisk. And don't be too mad about it. It is utterly amazing they let us incur a stay with an incidental charge anyway.
