Likely terminals for regional flights
I have flights booked from CGK to BKK via KUL in October (MH712 & 782).

I have about 2 hrs in KUL and was wondering if anyone knows which terminals / gates these flights are likely to use. I haven't been in KUL for several years, but the last time I was there I used the first lounge (as OWE) but it was some way from my departure gate (I have a vague recollection of having to use the train).
