Thanks for all of the comments!

Wine is the least of the problems in Club World at the moment; the catering is abysmal (and was even worse on a recent LHR-MIA sector in the last couple of weeks).
The bathtub at the IC looks distinctly underwhelming. I can't tell from the photo if there is somewhere to hang up the handheld shower-head to leave both hands free for washing. If there isn't, this is a definite minus.
I don't believe there is anywhere to hang the shower head, but there is a separate walk-in shower.

In May I went first both ways and found it pretty underwhelming.
Thanks very much
Exsilver! Great to hear the buffet is back in the Club InterContinental lounge! I've just done First on a MIA-LHR sector, and that was much improved with the catering essentially back to pre-pandemic levels (minus the chocolates).
But unless you traveled back in time to the 1990's, I think EK is current World's Favorite Airline (the highest number of international passengers, this is how BA claimed this title in 1990's). But yes - Corporate slogans can be very powerful - TG for me is still 'Smooth as a silk', even when today's TG is a totally different airline...
Yes, I did use a rather click-bait title! In the first paragraph I mention that it was 'once branded as the world's favourite airline'.
Have to say that this TR's description of BA's seat, service, catering, lounge, etc, is depressing. How low have the mighty fallen! Why would anyone want to pay for this?
Waiting for the Raffles review to cheer me up again!
I wouldn't pay for Club World at present, although since I travelled First is now back to a near pre-pandemic level of service. For this trip, I was using a soon-to-expire 2for1 Amex voucher, so limited to BA operated flights.

I see they still print "Breakfast offer" on the CBR menu, a clear indication that it's just copied/pasted directly from the contract catering agreement with the supplier and whoever runs the place these days has no idea what they're doing.
The use of the word 'offer' really annoys me too!
