I have to wonder how any tickets are being sold when the website can't process a payment.
I have previously had success by simply attempting the same booking repeatedly (something I certainly shouldn't have to do, but this is the BA website), but I do believe I've tried this one 15 times without success. "We're sorry. Something went wrong".
I have tried switching browsers, I have tried switching devices. I've tried paying with a different card. I've switched on my VPN to attempt purchases from other countries. We're sorry. Something went wrong.
Should it really be this much of struggle to make a purchase from a company that sells things?
