Wouldn't risk it these days, but in the past I've had my name spelt wrong (extra or missing letters), a shortened nickname format (eg Katie for Katherine) or my middle name and first name swapped around (thanks to an inept corporate travel agent), first and middle name merged into 1 name, etc. For all of these, no one really seemed to care all that much, even if I pointed it out and asked for it to be corrected.
