Apologies if this is covered elsewhere but what is the best email/number to contact at BA to get an insurance claim letter? Amazingly I’ve never needed to request one before.

My insurer has said I need a specific carrier letter stating my flight was cancelled and why, standard cancellation emails from BA are not sufficient apparently. Any help very much appreciated!
