Yes, just click "Shop with Miles" option on delta.com website. Dates with partner coach availability will basically show up as 35,000 miles on a one-way search. The "Price Calendar" view will show a month at a time. You should book as a roundtrip or Delta will add extra surcharges on return flight award (use the roundtrip search function once you have found availability on flights in both directions). Also, the cheapest Delta flight awards will only show up with a roundtrip search.
