I had a nice interaction with the Ambassador team earlier this week. I had received an email asking if an upcoming stay in Toronto was for my birthday (it was a week in advance of my birthday). I replied that it wasn't, but Mike from London, Ontario responded and offered to put in any requests I had for my Toronto stays. I brought up upgrades and my love for sweet welcome gifts, and I suddenly saw a flurry of confirmation emails for those stays (same prices, etc. - but requests had obviously been edited). Mike and I then had a nice back-and-forth exchange about my penchant for one-night stays, my home state, the weather, and the properties I was booked at in Toronto. We'll see if anything comes of it on those stays, but it was still a nice interaction.
