I did not drive--nor am I sure why anyone would want to in Prague--but can report that they keep their tiny lot full of very fancy cars. Not sure if it was just a coincidence during our stay, but they had 3-5 supercars in the lot every day, and lots of (seeming) tourists snapping selfies of themselves and said cars every morning while we were having breakfast. I would suspect the owners of those cars could certainly afford to pay a modest parking fee
