They dare to put 2 sets of towels in a room that I booked with 5 guests! If I had put 2 guests, I can totally understand, but when I actually put 5 guests in the reservation that's too savvy. The towels we got were usually pretty thin so after one used to dry their body it can't be reused until the next morning.
