We have travel coming up next month, and made reservations at Accor hotels and one Marriott. My experience as an Ambassador thus far has not led me to believe that loyalty to the brand is highly regarded or rewarded. Indeed, I got better treatment as a Plat at a Sheraton than I have as an Ambassador, but we'll see.
