What to do at Incheon (ICN) - Seoul, Korea -- for a day?

Have read a few threads w/ some ideas about what to do during a 14 hour layover at ICN (0630 - 2045), but hoping I can get some more specific responses from those who have done it! I'm flying F on Korean Air from LAX and connecting in biz class on a flight to Auckland. Also, am Sky Team Elite Plus/Platinum/whatever they are calling it today, so should have some cache, I would hope!

- To summarize threads I've read, the city is pretty bland and not worth the 1.5 hour trip. True or false? I have no huge desire to sit on a bus for two hours and see a bland city, so totally fine finding time at the airport.
- Being Elite Plus and traveling F, I assume I have some pull @ the lounges there, right? If yes, are they decent and some place I can entertain myself for that insanely long amount of time?
- The hotel (onsite...the Air Garden) at the airport -- worth it or not? Would be great to crash, shower and get going on flight to AKL, but is it worth $US130 for the "honor"?

Any other tips, tricks or suggestions appreciated from those who know.

Thanks in advance!
