If you book KL6578 operated by DL123, you earn per the KLM table. If there's nothing listed, technically earn is zero. However this is likely only because KLM till now hasn't sold PE fares. For a reference to what will be likely earning rate, look at AF table. AF/KL use fare classes for the same things. Just a matter till now KLM hasn't been selling PE fares.
