I would like to buy an Air France marketed, Air France premium economy ticket from JFK-LIS in order to get the MQDs at 30% of the distance. If I apply 2 GUCs to upgrade to business and Delta reissues the ticket (006) to do so, can I still get the MQDs I would get for PE on Air France or will it convert to a DL ticket and I'll get MQDs based on the price I paid?
