The operator spoke to her supervisor who was clear I could not do this and still get double tier points as I had to book a hotel/ car for the entire trip. She admitted the terms on paper were not clear now. They no longer specify full duration from what I can see.Does this mean that the terms have really changed or is it an oversight? Who do I contact for the definitive answer? I’m disappointed by BA Hols staff negativity when there’s nothing current to back it. The package element even with 5 nights accommodation will cost almost £9000 for 2 so I’m not exactly just a TP chaser on the cheap. Please advise. Thank you
