Anyone got any Ambassador survey email from Marriott recently?
I got one a few days ago filled it up gave it all 1 stars because honestly that's just what the program is atm. Didn't thought much of it besides most ambassadors are probably not renewing like me this year.
But someone actually replied today with an actual personal email (wow the concept!) asking if they can help with my next stay (at Japan so might have to cancel depend on the covid policy.)

Did anyone else get that? I only stayed like 3-5 nights this year with 30 credit card nights on top. I am assuming they might just give out another year of free renewal.
