I applied a TSU this week to a 7-night stay in February. I was initially told no, not possible, but I pushed back, asking where in the T&Cs the hotel is excluded. The agent I spoke with contacted the hotel and then told me the information she had was out of date. I'm confirmed into a deluxe suite.
