I have a flight on IcelandAir booked in late September, and need to cancel. It is an Economy Flex refundable fare.
I filled out a cancellation request form on their website -- not easy to find -- and submitted. Their email says they will "investigate" my request but action make take 3 to 4 weeks. That suggests they may not get to processing the cancellation before my actual flight date? Does that mean I look like a no-show?
