I just stayed at a RI which still had the full hot and cold array....hot were scrambled (eggs), 2 kinds of link sausage (chicken and pork), potatoes, and in the last chafing dish a bagel sandwich (egg, cheese). Two working waffle makers that really made great waffles. The usual fruit, yogurt, breads. Oatmeal with a ton of toppings. What was surprising, however, was that there were no sweet rolls - no Danish, muffins, etc.
