Generally for a Cat 1-4 it’s $30-$45 per night based on my experiences and others.

For a Cat 6 $50-$75 I would guess per night.

Again it’s property dependent and usually one wouldn’t see the additional cost on Hyatt, the hotel would quote a rate for the upgrade on a points reservation.
