I can't answer that question as I haven't been to the Four Points yet, but I am chuckling to myself that the Marriott website headline describes a Four Points as a "Luxury Hotel": https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotel...hing/overview/

I would note that almost all new hotels have growing pains the first ~6 months, so if you are looking for a more predictable (albeit mediocre) experience, you might stick to the old Sheraton.
