Yep... sounds pretty much exactly my situation. Last trip I was using that bag; gave my wrist quite a work out. It even hurts thinking about it. Definitely going to take a look and maybe just take it in. Even out of warranty, I'm sure it'll still be cheaper than buying something new. I do like that bag despite its size and such goes completely against my normal mode of carryon only.
